MESSAGE:
We have established that body shaming is an act of bullying, so don’t bully yourself, nor should you allow another person to bully you. One of the ways to avoid being bullied by others is to first accept that all your body parts are beautiful and then counter every negative thought or word with Scripture. Also, stay away from people who have negative vibes and if they are your relations, don’t allow whatever they say get to you. Define yourself through the word and let that definition stick with you.
A preacher once jokingly said that some people will get to Heavens gate and not be allowed in because God would say; the Sarah I created has a flat nose but this ones is pointed. My child, never think of cosmetic surgery (the surgical speciality involving the alteration of human body parts) because it shows you are vain and lack confidence in who you are. Keep your body complete up to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, if you body shame others, you had better desist from it today because it is a sin against God. You are indirectly saying God did not do well in creating that fellow and according to our Bible passage for today, you will be condemned by such words.

Sincerely apologize to anyone you have body shamed in the past and promise never to do it again.
